Baptisms are an incredible opportunity for me to really get to know a family–so many variables fall to place and you learn a lot about the dynamics of a family just simply by observing them for a few hours. That’s why weddings are so intriguing for photographer– I dare say that baptisms run a parallel line to weddings. If you think about it, this too is one of the most important days of a person’s life. This one day can mold and shape you as a person and perhaps affect the type of faith you hold for a lifetime. I am honored that Catalina will have these images years from now and perhaps so will her future daughter or son. Thank you to this wonderful family who invited me to observe them for a few hours–enjoy!
